要旨　ED（erectile dysfunction）は心血管疾患の予測因子であり，勃起の維持が将来の心血管疾患発症の予防につながるといわれている。EDのリスクファクターには高血圧，糖尿病，高脂血症などさまざまな疾患があり，これらの因子の排除と治療がアンチエイジングに重要である。さらにPDE5阻害薬の定期的服用，テストステロン補充，適度な運動，良好な睡眠の確保，そして意識的な視聴覚的性的刺激もアンチエイジングに重要な要素である。勃起を維持し，良好なカップル関係を構築しつつ，アンチエイジングを実践するということが大切である。
