アンチエイジング手術―QOLを改善するレーザー前立腺肥大症手術

要旨　前立腺肥大症に対する最新レーザー手術を紹介する。今回われわれは，レーザー手術の1つであるHoLEP（holmium YAG Leaser enucleation of prostate）に関して術前術後に排尿症状のみならず，蓄尿症状も改善していることに注目した。蓄尿スコア（IPSS蓄尿スコア・OABSS）・膀胱血流測定を測定し検討した。また，外来診療で感じる前立腺肥大症術後の患者の生活全般の身体・精神活動の向上に対しその解を求めるため，総テストステロン値・更年期アンケート（AMSスコア）・IIEF5などを検討しHoLEPがアンチエイジング手術となりうるかを検討した。
