088　良性腫瘍（血管筋脂肪腫など）

1　疾患概念，病因

　腎の良性腫瘍は腎皮質または実質や被膜の間葉系組織から発生し，一般に画像診断にて悪性腫瘍との鑑別は困難である。女性は男性に比して良性腫瘍の頻度が高く，45歳以下の女性で腎細胞癌が疑われた症例の約1/3は組織学的に良性であったとの報告もある^1）。ここでは，頻度が高く臨床的に重要なオンコサイトーマと腎血管筋脂肪腫に限って解説し，その他の腫瘍については要点を表1に示した。
