特集 ロボット支援前立腺全摘除術
文献概要
要旨 前立腺全摘除術は，骨盤内での手術操作を必要とすることや機能温存手術であることなどから，泌尿器科領域では難易度の高い手術の1つであり，術者と一部の助手に限られた視野制限からも，解剖学的理解や技術習得に関して悩みの多い手術とされてきた。前立腺癌の標準治療として広まりつつあるロボット支援手術は，治療成績の向上はもちろんのこと，これらの問題を解決する有用なツールとしても注目されているが，その広まりとともに研修制度の確立や適応疾患に関する検証などの課題も残されている。本稿では総論として，前立腺癌におけるロボット支援手術の現状と，その適応や治療成績を中心に述べる。
