要旨　ロボット支援手術は，前立腺全摘除術においてすでに世界的に確固たる地位を確立しており，今後本邦でもさらなる導入施設の増加が見込まれる。合併症については，他の術式よりも頻度は低いとされるが，機器関連のトラブルや，極端な頭低位に起因する合併症など特徴的なものも少なくない。本稿では，最近報告された大規模な総論の内容とともに，導入早期の成績を発表した論文の内容，また国内からの私信による情報も含めてRALPに関する合併症情報を可能な限り紹介するようにした。
