症例：20代・男性

　運動時の腹痛を主訴に受診。画像診断にて左腎下極に腎実質から突出する充実性腫瘍を認めた。他臓器に転移を疑う所見は明らかでなかった。左腎全摘術が施行された。図1は左腎腫瘍の肉眼像（割面）で，図2，3はその代表的な組織像である。

　1．肉眼像における鑑別診断を述べよ。

　2．病理診断は何か。
