腹部鈍的外傷により発症した左腎動脈解離

　患　者　22歳，男性。

　主　訴　左上腹部痛。

　既往歴　特記すべき事項なし。

　現病歴　2012年10月，深夜に原動機付き自転車を2人乗りで走行中，カーブを曲がりきれずに衝突して転倒した。衝突時の速度は不明であった。救急隊到着時，意識は清明であったが，左上腹部痛の訴えおよび冷汗と橈骨動脈触知微弱あり，交通外傷と出血性ショックの疑いで当院に救急搬送された。
