症例：70歳，男性

　数か月に及ぶ血尿を主訴に泌尿器科を受診。CTなどの画像にて，右腎盂の約2.5cm大の境界明瞭な充実性腫瘍を認めた。右腎臓摘出術が施行された。図1，2にその代表的な病理組織像を示す。
