要旨　直腸瘤は臓器下垂のみならず排便症状を伴うことが多いので，これらを考慮して術式を決定する必要がある。本稿では従来法，経腟メッシュ手術および腹腔鏡下手術による直腸瘤の外科治療を概説する。
