前立腺腫瘍のクリニカル・パール

要旨　前立腺癌は本邦においても著増傾向にあり，泌尿器科医にとってその重要性は増すばかりである。また，ロボット支援手術など最近新たに導入された治療に加え，今後も去勢抵抗性癌に対する新規薬剤の参入などを控え，前立腺癌に対する臨床は大きな変革期を迎えつつある。このような時期に，実臨床の場における経験や，それに基づく知識を広く共有することは，前立腺癌診療の質を一層向上させるうえで極めて意義深いと考えられる。本稿では，われわれが臨床現場で得た前立腺癌の診断および治療に関わる教訓の中から，クリニカル・パールとして提示するにふさわしいと思われる7項目を取り上げ，その意義を解説する。
