症例：0歳・女児

　出生時より左腹部膨隆を認め，画像上左腎に大きな腫瘍が認められた。腎芽腫の疑いにて左腎摘出が行われた。図1は左腎腫瘤の肉眼像（割面）で，図2〜4はその代表的な組織像である。

　1．肉眼像における鑑別診断を述べよ。
