性感染症のクリニカル・パール—泌尿器科医のための尿道炎の臨床専門知識

要旨　性感染症としての尿道炎の対応は，淋菌性と非淋菌性に分けて考える必要がある。淋菌性尿道炎では，淋菌の抗菌薬耐性化により培養後の薬剤感受性試験結果を確認する必要があり，治療法が限られているという認識が必要である。非淋菌性尿道炎では，治療不成功時の抗菌薬選択を知る必要がある。無症候性の頻度が高いクラミジア性尿道炎では，女性パートナーが性器クラミジア感染症と診断された場合の対応を知ってほしい。
