前立腺癌におけるPET診断—コリンPET/CTを中心に

要旨　近年，本邦でも前立腺癌の発生率や死亡者数が急増しており，前立腺癌の画像診断に関する注目度も高まっている。FDGと比べて，膀胱内尿中排泄が少なく，感度も高いコリンは前立腺癌のイメージングに有用なPETのトレーサーとして，欧米では広く用いられている。全身が評価できるコリンPET/CTは治療後の再発・転移診断に非常に有用であり，治療方針の決定に多大な貢献をもたらすことから，日本での普及が望まれる。
