症例：70代・男性

　前立腺癌のために前立腺の全摘が行われ，精囊切除，精管部分切除およびリンパ節郭清が行われた。前立腺癌は通常の腺癌であったが，偶発病変として精囊に図1～4（図1：HE染色，図2，3：Congo red染色，図4：偏光下Congo red染色）に示す所見が認められた。

　病理診断は何か。
