Q　前立腺の位置，構造，その役割について教えてください。


Point

●排尿と分泌液分泌の役割があり，男性ホルモンによりその生理作用は影響される。

●前立腺分泌液にPSAが含まれ，臨床では血清中での腫瘍マーカーとして用いられる。

●周囲を複数の多重層の筋膜に覆われ，筋膜とともに骨盤隔膜を形成，尿禁制にも関与する。
