Q　前立腺癌の臨床的特徴について教えてください。前立腺癌の家族歴は発症リスクになると考えてよいのでしょうか。


Point

●家族歴は前立腺癌の発症リスクであり，特に若年での発症と関係する。

●前立腺癌の家族歴を持つ男性は，スクリーニングの対象として特に重要であり，40歳からPSA検診が推奨されている。
