Q　前立腺癌の診断手順について，無症状で住民検診などを受けた場合と，なんらかの排尿症状があり泌尿器科外来を受診した場合に分けて教えてください。


Point

●無症状で住民検診などを受けた場合：PSA高値であれば，前立腺生検を考慮。

●排尿症状があり泌尿器科外来を受診した場合：血清PSA測定は必須であり，前立腺癌の鑑別が重要である。
