Q　前立腺癌の病理，腫瘍の悪性度を表現するGleason scoreについて教えてください。この分類は治療法を考えるために重要であるといわれていますが，どうしてでしょうか？


Point

●Gleason scoreは前立腺癌の悪性度を表現する重要な指標である。

●Gleason scoreとPSA値，clinical T stageによりリスク分類され治療法選択の指標となる。

●正確な診断が適切な治療法選択につながるため，Gleason scoreの正しい知識が必須である。
