Q　骨シンチグラムの実際と注意点について教えてください。この検査は，何を確認するために行うのでしょうか。


Point

●EOD scoreとは，骨転移の数を5段階に分類したもので，EOD scoreが高い前立腺癌患者の予後は不良である。しかし，定性的であるため，RECISTには用いられない。

●BONENAVIを用いて骨シンチグラムを評価すると，経時的変化を追いやすく，骨転移の程度を定量的に測定できる。
