Q　PET検査は前立腺癌の診断において有用であるといえるのでしょうか。現状について教えてください。


Point

●限局癌や高分化癌では，FDG PETで病変を検出できるケースは限られる。

●低分化癌や有転移症例における病変検出については一定の有用性が報告されている。

●¹¹C-Acetateを含む新規トレーサーが前立腺癌のPET診断に有用である可能性が示唆されている。
