Point

●Jewett staging systemとは，従来用いられてきたABCD分類のこと。

●TNM分類は，臨床状況をより正確に伝えられるとされ，世界共通で多用されている。

●臨床病期分類は，予後の反映の妥当性の評価とともに数年ごとに改定されてきている。
