Q　D'Amicoのリスク分類の臨床への応用と注意点について教えてください。


Point

●リスク分類は手術療法ないし放射線治療を行う限局性癌の患者にのみ該当する。

●T分類，血清PSA値，Gleason scoreの3つが重要。

●高リスクでは予測以外の進行を呈することもある。
