Q　前立腺癌治療の現況と問題点について教えてください。


Point

●わが国でもPSAスクリーニングにより限局性前立腺癌が増加し，治療成績は向上している。

●USPSTFの勧告は軽視できず，今後は治療法の最適化のための体系的な取り組みが必要である。

●去勢抵抗性の克服は，大きな課題であるが，近年その機序の解析が進み，新規治療薬が開発されつつある。
