Q　尿失禁を予防するための前立腺全摘除術の手術術式の工夫，ポイントについて教えてください。


Point

●前立腺尖部，尿道の処理では不要な熱損傷や牽引を回避し，後出血，吻合部尿漏に注意する。

●種々の手技的な工夫の尿禁制への影響については未解明のことも多い。

●尿禁制の術前評価と術後の理学療法も重要である。
