Q　ヘルニアを予防するための前立腺全摘除術の手術術式の工夫，ポイントについて教えてください。


Point

●前立腺全摘除術の晩期合併症として鼠径ヘルニアがあることを術前に説明する。

●ほとんどが間接ヘルニアであり，腹膜鞘状突起の潜在的開存が原因と考えられている。

●鼠径ヘルニア発症に対する予防術式の実施を心掛ける。
