Point

●女性ホルモン剤治療は去勢抵抗性前立腺癌（CRPC）での治療オプションの1つである。

●女性ホルモン剤とドセタキセル併用で相乗効果が期待される。

●女性ホルモン剤による治療時は心不全，血栓症，消化性潰瘍などに十分留意する。
