Q　外科的治療および放射線治療それぞれにおけるネオアジュバント・ホルモン療法の適応，実際，注意点について教えてください。


Point

●外科治療においては，NHTによって病理学的事項は改善するが，長期予後を改善したというエビデンスはない。

●放射線治療においては，特に中～高リスク症例でNHT併用によって長期予後が改善するというエビデンスが確立されており推奨されている。
