Q　TNM分類Ⅰ期前立腺癌の治療法のポイント，注意点について教えてください。


Point

●あらゆる治療選択肢を排除しない。自分の施設で実施できない治療方法も提示する。

●患者への説明は文書などを使用し，ていねいに行う。言葉の説明だけでは，不十分なことが多い。

●治療方法の決定を急がせない，誘導しない。精神面の配慮も必要。

●患者の希望，状態，リスクに応じ，個別化した治療を行う。
