Q　外科手術後の再発の定義，および外科手術後の再発の対処法と注意点について教えてください。


Point

●前立腺全摘除術後の臨床的再発とは，直腸診や画像検査により局所再発や転移が明らかになる状態である。

●前立腺全摘除術後の再発に対する治療には，救済放射線療法と救済ホルモン療法があるが，いずれも治療開始は臨床的再発後では遅く，PSA再発後である。

●PSA再発を伴わない臨床的再発の頻度は低いが，術前PSA低値でGS8以上の前立腺癌，あるいは導管腺癌で起こる可能性はある。
