Q　前立腺癌の陽子線治療の適応と実際，展望について教えてください。


Point

●陽子線治療の特長：ブラッグピークという物理的特性のためX線より標的包括性向上とリスク臓器への線量軽減効果が得られ，加えて陽子線はX線より生物学的効果が高い。

●良好な臨床成績：PSA制御率，晩期有害事象からみて良好な成績が得られているだけでなく，二次発癌確率がIMRTより低い。

●将来の発展が期待できる：寡分割照射による短期間照射，IMPTによるさらなる局所制御の向上と安全性担保。
