Q　前立腺組織内アンドロゲン濃度による前立腺癌再燃予測の可能性について教えてください。


Point

●高感度定量法により微量な針生検組織でのアンドロゲン評価が可能になった。

●再燃をきたす症例では治療前組織内テストステロンが高く，DHTが低い。

●組織内T/DHT比により再燃予測が可能であった。
