Point

●疼痛がある場合，破砕治療をいったん中断して，原因を探る。

●不十分な疼痛管理は，破砕成績を下げるだけでなく，治療の中止や合併症の発生を招く。

●超音波照準は，合併症の早期発見に有効である。
