Ⅲ-6　TULを施行中の症例。強い尿管狭窄のため尿管鏡が挿入困難である。バルーン拡張術を行い，すぐにTULを行ってよいか。それとも後日に行うべきか。

●TUL時の尿管狭窄：TUL時に内視鏡が挿入困難な場面はしばしば認める。尿路結石の治療を単回で終えるのは大切であるが，患者のQOLを考慮した治療方法を選択すべきと筆者は考える。
