文献概要

要旨　女性腹圧性尿失禁手術に対する標準術式はTVT（tension free vaginal tape）とTOT（transobturator tape）などの中部尿道スリング手術である。本術式は中長期成績も良好な優れた術式であるが，穿刺に伴う血管や臓器損傷による重篤な合併症をきたす危険性を秘めている。本稿では福島県立医科大学での，より安全にこれらの術式を行うための取り組みについて概説する。
