分子標的薬の皮膚障害

要旨　スニチニブ（スーテント^®），ソラフェニブ（ネクサバール^®），アキシチニブ（インライタ^®）による皮膚障害では，手足症候群が多い。手足症候群をはじめとした皮膚障害は，日常生活に支障を来し患者のQOLを低下させる。皮膚障害は重症化すると休薬を余儀なくされ，分子標的薬治療の継続が困難となる。分子標的薬は，重症薬疹の報告は少ないが，全くないわけではない。まれではあるが，中毒性表皮壊死症（TEN）やスティーブンス・ジョンソン症候群（SJS）の初期症状（発熱，眼球充血）を見逃さないことも重要である。皮膚科医への紹介のタイミングは，軽症の段階でしてもかまわない。
