症例：10代・女性

　膀胱癌（非浸潤性乳頭状尿路上皮癌）のため経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術後の経過観察中，治療部と背景の膀胱粘膜発赤部からの生検が行われた。図1はその際の代表的な組織像で，図2はその強拡大像である。

　1．この病変で主に増殖している細胞は何か。

　2．考えられる病理診断は何か。
