膀胱尿管逆流に対する腹腔鏡下逆流防止術（膀胱内操作）

要旨　気膀胱下での膀胱内手術による尿管新吻合術は，原理的に開腹手術と同様の粘膜下トンネルを作成可能であり，高度な逆流症や重複尿管にも応用可能である。さらに開腹手術と比較して，術創が小さく術後の疼痛は明らかに軽い。現在広く行われているCohen法と，Politano-Leadbetter法による膀胱内手術での尿管新吻合術について，術式のコツについて図を交えて説明する。
