Point

●精索静脈瘤は健常男性においても15〜20％程度に認められ，造精機能に与える影響は個人差が大きい。

●精索静脈結紮術を行うにこしたことはないが，妻の年齢や卵巣予備能次第で，体外受精や顕微授精も同時に急いで行うべき症例も多い。
