Point

●膀胱異物は稀な疾患ではなく，慢性的な下部尿路症状を呈する患者の鑑別診断として考慮すべき疾患である。

●治療へのアプローチは異物の性状，患者の年齢や性別，またその時々の状況や医療設備によっても異なってくる。

●侵襲の少ない経尿道的異物摘除術で摘出可能である場合が多い。
