●夜尿症は，患児，家族の生活の質に多大な影響を与えている。

●治療によって改善が期待できることから，希望があれば，経過観察せずに積極的に介入すべきである。

●1st lineの治療は，抗利尿ホルモンと夜尿アラームである。
