夜間頻尿の病態

要旨　夜間頻尿とは，「夜間排尿のために1回以上起きなければならない」という愁訴であり，非常にシンプルな定義である。しかし，その原因には多尿，夜間多尿，膀胱容量の減少，睡眠障害などがあり，これらに関連する疾患は非常に多岐にわたり複雑である。丁寧な問診や排尿記録の解析によって，夜間頻尿の多岐にわたる原因を探り，複合的な治療と対処を行うことが重要である。
