Ⅲ．評価方法
文献概要
要旨 夜間頻尿は，性差を問わず高齢者によくみられる症状で，general healthやQOLに深く影響を及ぼす。その原因は，多尿・夜間多尿，膀胱蓄尿障害，睡眠障害に大別される。それらは，泌尿器科疾患のみならず循環器疾患，代謝性疾患，睡眠障害などの疾患や病態が複雑に関連しているため，多角的な観点から初期評価する必要がある。国際前立腺症状スコア（IPSS）や過活動膀胱症状スコア（OABSS）を用いて，夜間排尿回数を評価できるが，排尿日誌から得られる実際の夜間排尿回数と異なる場合がある。そのため，より正確に夜間頻尿を把握するためには，排尿日誌を用いることが重要である。
