症例：40代・男性

　肉眼的血尿のため来院し，画像診断で左腎臓に腫瘍を指摘された。精査ののち入院となり，左腎全摘出術が施行された。図1は摘出腎の肉眼像で，図2，3はその代表的な組織像である。

　1．病理診断はなにか。

　2．次に行うべき検査はなにか。
