Ⅱ．がん治療と腎障害
文献概要
要旨 血管内皮増殖因子（VEGF）経路阻害薬は，各種固形がんにおいて有効性が証明されている。本邦において腎細胞がんに対して承認されているVEGF経路阻害薬はいずれもVEGFRチロシンキナーゼ阻害薬（VEGFR-TKIs）であるが，VEGFR-TKIsの共通の有害事象の1つが高血圧であり発症頻度も比較的高い。また，蛋白尿・血清クレアチニン上昇などの腎障害もまれではない。これらの薬剤による高血圧・蛋白尿は欧米人と比較して日本人に多い傾向がある。一方，血清クレアチニン上昇には人種差を認めず，高血圧・蛋白尿との直接的相関も不明である。ただし，治療前から腎障害が存在する症例では，その管理に十分注意することが重要である。
