Ⅲ．腎不全患者とがん
文献概要
要旨 Onco-Nephrologyという新しい概念が広まりつつある。腎腫瘍について考える際，治療後の慢性腎臓病，慢性腎臓病患者に発生する腎腫瘍の治療，透析患者の腎がんなど，腎臓病学的問題は避けて通ることができない。多くの議論すべき問題があるが，本稿ではテーマに沿って，①慢性腎臓病患者に対する外科的治療，②透析患者に発生する腎がんの2点に絞る。慢性腎臓病患者では腎部分切除が選択される傾向があるが，その限界の認識，術後のフォローが重要である。透析患者の腎がんでは，特殊な臨床病理像を理解することが必要である。腎臓専門医と連携をとり，こうした症例の管理をしっかり行う必要性を認識することが，今後さらに泌尿器科医に要求される。
