要旨　抗腫瘍薬投与の際には腎機能を適切に評価し投与量を決定する。腎代謝の抗腫瘍薬は数多く存在するが，腎機能障害を有する場合は投与量を減量し投与スケジュールを調整する必要が生じることがある。本稿では抗腫瘍薬投与時の腎機能評価方法および泌尿器科で汎用される薬剤の具体的な投与量について言及し，透析時の化学療法に関する概論にも触れる。
