特集 抗菌薬の選択と上手な使い方！—私の処方箋
文献概要
要旨 慢性前立腺炎/慢性骨盤痛症候群は，骨盤部の疼痛を主症状とする症候群であり，その病因は多岐にわたる。過去，抗菌薬を含む多くの治療法が試みられてきたが，標準的な治療法は確立されていない。単独の治療法では高い効果が認められないことから，近年，本疾患を6つのphenotypeに分類し（UPOINT system），症状の強いdomainに対応する治療法を組み合わせるmultimodal therapyが注目されており，今後の展開が期待される。
