特集 抗菌薬の選択と上手な使い方！—私の処方箋
文献概要
要旨 泌尿器科領域にて種々の外来検査や処置に伴う感染を予防するため，抗菌薬が投与されている。しかし，その投与のタイミングや経路，期間など投与法は施設によりさまざまであり，いまだ経験や習慣で使用されているのが現状である。近年，薬剤耐性菌の増加が深刻化する中で，耐性菌誘導を避けるため予防抗菌薬の必要性を含めた選択および投与期間は重要な課題である。本邦では2006年「泌尿器科領域における周術期感染予防ガイドライン」が発表されたが，欧米と比較して，抗菌薬の投与期間はやや長めに設定されていた。本年ガイドラインが改訂されるにあたり，外来で日常的に施行されている検査や処置に対する予防抗菌薬投与について再考する。
