文献概要

要旨　進行がん患者への化学療法投与は，リスクとベネフィットをよく考慮し，患者とよく話し合いながら進めていくべきである。むやみに化学療法を投与し続けると，患者のQOLを低下させ，命を縮める可能性もある。早期の緩和ケアをいかに導入していくかが，今後の課題となる。
