症例 : 60代・男性

　10年ほど前から陰囊にしこりを触れていたが，2年ほど前から増大し，最近下着と擦れて出血がみられるため来院．1.5cm大の有茎性桑実様腫瘤を陰囊に認めた．図1は摘出病変の弱拡像で，図2，3はその代表的な組織像である．

　 1 ．この病変の真皮乳頭部で増殖している細胞は何か．
